Some of the words you use could be new to your friends and family members, which could make them feel slighted and make you feel stressed. However there is a method to avoid all of this unnecessary mental turmoil.
Talk to your loved ones before you start school and let them know what you’re up against. You might even wish to enlist their help in completing tasks on your to-do list. If you have children, you might ask your partner to take care of school drop-offs and pick-ups. Perhaps your mother enjoys cooking. Solicit her assistance with food shopping and meal preparation.
Also, don’t feel sorry for yourself. Listen to the song “Lean on Me” to see how giving and receiving support is a basic human need. If that isn’t analytical enough for you, research has proven that those who have a reliable support system have higher stress-coping abilities.
Enhance your academic curiosity. You can often take classes that will prepare you for the college degree programme of your choice, especially during your junior and senior years of high school. If you’re thinking of going to nursing school, for example, taking classes like Anatomy, Physiology, or Statistics in high school can be beneficial (and even essential for entrance).
Make no mistake: college entrance examinations are one of the most essential new student standards for schools and universities. Programs of permohonan kolej jururawat are held all the time to accept more high school graduates into their facility. Familiarize yourself with common college entrance examinations and what the universities that interest you demand or recommend. Schools in Malaysia will take SPM, or other equivalent requirements. Some colleges also advise or require students to take the optional writing section of the tests. You must choose which test to take, and some students take standardised tests.
